About our Organic Dried White Mulberries

Fun Fact: The main source of food for silkworms is Mulberry leaves!

While all parts of the Mulberry plant are used for various purposes, our favorite is the plump, juicy mulberries they produce. These multiple seeded berries are sweet as candy and can be eaten fresh or dried. Our Dried White Mulberries are chewy with a slightly crunchy texture.

Sprinkle them onto cereals, salads, smoothie bowls, and yogurts. Add them to trail mixes, granolas, and baked goods, make jellies and jams, or simply snack on them straight out of the bag!

Mulberry Chia Breakfast Cookies


​⅓ cup coconut oil, softened ½ cup almond milk 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein ¼ teaspoon Anthony’s Stevia Powder 1-⅓ cup Anthony’s Almond Flour ½ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flakes ¼ cup Anthony’s Dried Mulberries ¼ teaspoon ¼ teaspoon salt Instructions: Preheat the oven 350° F and grease a baking sheet with a little coconut oil. In a mixing bowl, cream together the coconut oil, almond milk, and chia seeds. Add the pea protein, stevia, and almond flour; mix well. Add the coconut flakes, mulberries, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten out a bit. Bake for about 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!

Millet Breakfast Porridge


⅓ cup Anthony’s Millet 1-⅔ cup water, divided ⅓ cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Dried Mulberries 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Raisins Almond milk, for topping Sliced fruit of choice, for topping Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine the millet, 1 cup water, coconut milk, mulberries, and raisins; mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, until it reaches porridge consistency, about 25-30 minutes. Add more water if needed in ⅓ cup increments as needed while cooking. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with almond milk and fruit.

No Bake Mulberry Snack Bars


1 cup Anthony’s Dried White Mulberries 1/3 cup water 1 cup Anthony’s Blanched Almond Flour 1 cup Anthony’s Shredded Coconut 1/3 cup Anthony’s Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: Place mulberries in a microwave-safe bowl and add the water. Microwave 2 minutes and drain. Place in a food processor and add remaining ingredients. Process until combined and the mixture starts to look like dough. Press evenly into a 8″x8″ glass baking dish. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
