Souffle Cheesecake – 3 Ingredients
Souffle cheese cake is simple and delicious. This is clearly one of the easiest cakes I have ever made. It is sometimes referred to as Japanese cheese cake. It’s make with 3 simple ingredients: eggs, cream cheese, and white chocolate chips. You could use brown chocolate chips, but that would change the entire color of the cake. For a bit of sweetness, I dust it with confectioner’s sugar. That is optional, however. You can also use different flavors of cream cheese such as strawberry or herb. Have said that, you can throw this together in about 45 minutes. It’s light, airy, and has a beautiful texture. I always serve it up and dinner parties and my guests simply love it.
