Recipe:

1 cup flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

*Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until done*

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

4 oz unsalted butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
