One Pan Chicken with Broccoli in 30 Minutes
One pan chicken with broccoli can be made up in literally 30 minutes. This makes it a great midweek meal. If your schedule is a busy one, and your family likes Asian food, this is the recipe for your. As an additional bonus, the ingredients are simple and most of them are probably kicking around your kitchen. Get the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/one-pan-chicken-broccoli/
As with any recipe, there are a few variations. First, any cut of chicken can be used. I like boneless, skinless breasts because they are so healthy and easy to work with. One pointer is to make sure your chicken is at room temperature to ensure it cooks evenly.
In terms of the rest of the ingredients, you can vary them according to your liking. For example, if you’re a garlic lover, use more; on the other hand, if you’re not, use less. If you find the garlic and ginger are a bit too raw, you can toss them in with the broccoli to get a bit more of a cook on them.
