Mushroom Fried Rice – Fast & Delicious

This is one of the nicest mushroom fried rice dishes I have ever tasted. It seems when you combine the rice with the few simple ingredients in this recipe, some kind of magic happens. Believe me, you family and friends will love it. Give it a try, and let us know what you think.

Let’s talk about a few tips in making this recipe. First, we use button mushrooms due to the fact that they are readily available and inexpensive. Alternatively, the addition or replacement of shiitake mushrooms would be a nice elevation to the dish.

This recipe uses red bell peppers due to the sweetness they offer. If you are not a fan of red bell peppers, fell free to use yellow or green peppers.

The other ingredients can be adjusted to your liking, as well. In example, if you want the dish hotter, add more chili flakes; on the other hand, if you find it too hot, add less. The same applies to the garlic, soy sauce, and pepper.
