Ginger Fried Chicken

Ginger fried chicken has a flavour unlike any other fried chicken. The combination of ginger, sugar, soy sauce, and cooking wine gives the dish a distinctive, savory flavor unlike any other you’ve tasted before. The addition of corn starch makes it super crispy. We use chicken legs, but you can use any cut of chicken you like. Fried for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F, produces a beautiful golden brown chicken. As always, you can alter the amount of the ingredients according to your liking. You can also add additional ingredients if you wish. Ginger fried chicken makes a great treat for Friday nights.
