Coconut Lemon Macaroons

Coconut lemon macaroons are so delicious, yet ever so easy to make. They involve three basic ingredients: coconut flakes, salt, condensed milk, lemon zest, and egg whites. Simply mix everything together and throw them into the oven for about 12 minutes. Keep a close eye on them as ovens will vary.You can make them up in about half an hour.
