Beef with Snow Peas in 30 Minutes

Beef with snow peas is a simple, fast, and delicious recipe. The dish is a Chinese recipe in origin, but has made it’s way into cookbooks around the world. Due to the fact that the entire dish can be made up in 30 minutes, it makes a fantastic midweek meal. Believe me, the entire family will love it. Get the recipe:

There are a few tips to cooking this yummy recipes. First, although any cut of beef can be used, I use a sirloin cut sliced thinly across the grain. Remember, the better the cut of meat, the better the dish will become. You certainly don’t want anything too fatty or grisly. It also should be mention that the meat should be a room temperature to ensure it cooks evenly.

You can add as many snow peas as you like. I wouldn’t add too many though as you might overpower the rest of the ingredients. We usually find that a cup of peas will suffice.

You can alter the rest of the spices if you wish. For example, if you’re a ginger lover, add more. The same applies to the garlic and the rest of the spices.
