Banoffee Pie – 4 Ingredients

Banoffee pie is so simple to make and only involves 4 ingredients. The recipe was initially developed in England and has made its way around the world. The most difficult part is waiting for the condensed milk to caramelize. This takes about 3 hours in simmering water, but the outcome is well worth the effort. The Graham crust can be made from scratch or bought premade in the grocery store. You can use the canned caramel sauce, but I find it makes the pie too watery.
