Banana Coconut Pops – 3 Ingredients

Banana coconut puffs are fun and easy to make as they only involve three simple ingredients. Your kids will even have a blast making them. We use 2 percent plain yogurt in the recipe, but you could use Greek or flavored yogurt depending on your taste. You can pick the coconut flakes up in the baking section of any grocery store. They freeze nicely in 2 to 3 hours, but I always leave mine in overnight. The outcome is similar to a refreshing blast of banana coconut ice cream.
