🐟 Tuna Egg Rolls in 30 Minutes

Tuna eggs rolls are fun to make and incredibly tasty. They make a great appetizer for parties, but I often make them up for a snack. If you have some friends coming over on the weekend, give them a try and let us know what you think.

There are a few alterations to making up these yummy tuna rolls. First, I use a fairly good quality canned tuna. The butter the quality of tuna, the better the dish will be. I also used tuna in water simply because it’s healthier, but if you want to use tuna in oil, by all means do so.

This recipe uses mixed veggies, green onions, celery, mayo, and garlic in the mixture. If you want to add extra ingredients such as a dab of dijon mustard or some hot flakes, feel free to do so.

I find they fry up in about 4 minutes on each side, but keep an eye on them as fryers will vary. What you want is a nice golden brown color to the tuna egg rolls.
