Mongolian Beef Fast and Easy

Mongolian beef is fast and easy especially done in a pressure cooker. We are using a Cosori cooker which is multifunctional. I have provided the link. http://cooknshare.com/recipe/mongolian-beef-make-easy/

You can alter the recipe in several way, but we have tried to keep it as simple and delicious as possible. To begin with, you don’t have to use a pressure cooker, but it makes it so much faster. You can also do the dish in a frying pan or pot.

The spices can be altered. In example, you can add more garlic, I added pepper, ginger, soy sauce, etc. You can also double the recipe depending on how many people you are severing.

Mom’s Mac and Cheese Quick Casserole

This is a recipe my mom made years ago. It is a delicious combination of mac ad cheese, tomato, and spices. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

As always, there are a few variations. First you can add the spices of your choice. Garlic can be added or additional spices.

In terms of the tomatoes, you can add fresh tomatoes or canned. I like canned as it is easier. You can add a bit of extra juice too.

All photographs and video properties are original productions of, created by, and exclusive property of Cook n’ Share. Cook n’ Share is owned and operated by David Hood. I am submitting the on behalf of myself.

One Pan Braised Chicken in 30 Minutes

One pan braised chicken is simple and easy, and most of the ingredients you will have in your pantry and fridge, and it can be done in 30 minutes. Once you make it, you will get hooked. Let us know what you think. get the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/one-pan-braised-chicken/

I use chicken thighs, but you can use any cut you like. Boneless, skinless breast would also be a good choice. You be the judge.

The spices can be adjusted. I enjoy lots of pepper, green onions, garlic, chilies, and ginger, but this can be altered according to your liking.

The same applies to the sauce. We use rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar, but the ingredients can be changed. I find this is just about perfect, however.

All photographs and video properties are original productions of, created by, and exclusive property of Cook n’ Share. Cook n’ Share is owned and operated by David Hood. I am submitting the on behalf of myself.

Potato & Bacon Casserole

Bacon and potato casserole is something I love. It is so easy to make but so delicious. It is another recipe that your family and friends will love. Give it a try, and let us know what you think. get the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/potato-chicken-casserole/

As always, there are a few variations to the recipe. First off, you can use any brand of potato you like. I use white potatoes, but you can use the brand of your choice. You want about 1 inch chunks.

A good brand of bacon should be used. I use Maple Leaf, but it depends on the country you live in. Just make sure there is not too much fat. Equal fat and meat is important.

I have used cream of mushroom or chicken, but the soup of your choice can be used. Make sure it compliments the dish though.

Garnish with the topping of your choice. I love pepper and onions, but it is entirely up to you. I use garlic powder but fresh garlic can be used.

Ensure it has been baked for about and hour or the potatoes well not be cooked completely.

A combination of cheeses is the best, but you can choose that. I like old cheddar and monterey jack. Make sure to melt it for 5 to 6 minutes.

No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut butter balls are smooth, creamy, and delicious. I make them up for a snack, and the family loves them. They make a great lunchbox treat or dessert. Give them a try and let us know what you think. Print the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/chocolate-peanut-butter-balls/

You can use any type of peanut butter you like, but I find smooth works the best as we add nuts to the recipe. If you use crunchy, you might want to eliminate the nuts on top.

I am a fan of walnuts, but peanuts or other nuts can be used. Just adjust it according to your taste. Some people have nut allergies, so you might want to leave them out.

The vanilla extract is totally optional, but I find it adds an extra kick.. Just be sure to use a decent brand.

Honey Sesame Chicken – Dinner in 30 Minutes

Honey sesame chicken is so easy to make. I make it up as one of my midweek meals. As I always say, the entire family will love it. It is a great meal to come home to. print the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/honey-sesame-chicken/

As I always say, there are a few variations you can make. First off, we use boneless chicken breast, but you can use the cut of your choice. Make sure the cooking time is adjusted accordingly.

You can use chicken stock or water. Personally, I prefer chicken stock as it gives such a nice taste to the dish. It is a matter of personal preference. You do not have to add salt as soy sauce added.

You can use the honey of your choice but be sure to use a good brand as it is the essence of the dish.

No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake – Simple and Easy

No bake pumpkin cheesecake is simple and delicious. It can be made as a pie on any occasion. I often make it up for gatherings as it is such a fast recipe. Give it a try and let us know what you think. print the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/bake-pumpkin-cheesecake/

As always, there are a few variations to the recipe. First off, this recipe uses pumpkin but squash can be used as an alternative. You can use the squash of your choice. You can also use fresh pumpkin or the pumpkin in a can.

We use light brown sugar but granulated sugar can be used too. Even honey can be used for that matter. Also, you can alter the spices according to your choice. The vanilla extract is optional, but I like it.

The graham crust crust can be picked up the the supermarket or make from scratch. It is entirely up to you. Personally, I find it easier to buy it, if you can find it.

Chilli Chicken – Hot, Spicy, and Delicious

Chilli chicken is hot, spicy, and delicious. I make it up several times a year especially for parties and social events. Believe me, your family and friends will love it. print the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/chilli-chicken-30-minutes/

As usual, I am a fan of boneless, skinless breasts, but you can use the cut of your choice. Make sure, however, to adjust the cooking time accordingly.

You can use the soy sauce of your choice. Regular soy sauce is used in this recipe but malt or Thai can be used too.

I marinate for only 10 to 15 minutes but it can be left overnight. As always, the longer the better.

Chicken stock is used in the recipe, but you can use water too. Again, use the soy sauce of your choice for the sauce. More or less ketchup can be used. Adjust the chilli sauce according to your taste.

The dish is great served up over a bed of steamed rice.

Coconut Rice Pudding w/ Longans ข้าวเหนียวเปียกลำไย – Hot Thai Kitchen!

There are many types of rice puddings in the Thai dessert repertoire, but this one is an absolute classic. Longan is a juicy, sweet, aromatic fruit that goes so well with the rice pudding. It’s a comforting, satisfying, ward dessert that is also a ridiculously easy recipe that you really cannot screw up. It is also gluten-free and vegan 🙂

Blueberry Cookies – Soft and Melt in Your Mouth

As always, there are a few adjustments you can make to the recipe. I love blueberries, but you can use blackberries, cranberries, etc. The batter will go with just about any berry. You can even make the cookies without berries.

The recipe uses granulated sugar but brown sugar can be used as well. For that matter, you can use confectioner’s sugar. I have to mention that the vanilla extract is options too.
