10g vietnamese seasoning
20g fish sauce
20g brown sugar or palm sugar
2 spring onions
12 or so cherry tomatoes
1 pad of mung bean noodles or glass noodles soaked in cold water for 15-20 minutes
1/2 clove garlic
10g sesame oil.
