Lamb Vegetable Stew in the Tefal Cook4Me couldn’t be easier. It turns even the cheapest, toughest cuts of meat into moist tender mouthfuls of deliciousness. Packed with fresh veges and herbs, time to make your next dinner winner.
INGREDIENTS:
600g lamb pieces
1 kg of vegetables of your choice. We used potato, sweet potato,onion garlic, mushrooms, carrots, swede, turnip, pumpkin, spring onion and parsley.
30g oil
400g tinned tomatoes and their tomato juice
200g water
vege salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

This is gluten free and if you want the sauce a little thicker mix a little potato starch with a dash of water and use that to thicken it. It will still be gluten and grain free.
