Niçoise Salad is filling and delicious, looks pretty, low in fat and high in Protein. Make it as a stand alone Platter Meal or an Easy Side for your next BBQ. We do hope you give it a try.
75g kalamata olives
75g green beans
4 eggs
425g Tuna canned in oil or preferably freshly steamed tuna
3 anchobvy fillets
salad greens
300g potatoes
150g cherry tomatoes
20g seeded mustard
20g red wine vinegar
30g olive oil
Vege salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste
sprigs of parsley
